Hello,
I have two Hantek devices: A 6022BL and a 365A. Both worked on my Windows 7 Laptop. I purchased a Windows 10 Dell with AMD Radeon chips. I have downloaded the software and the drivers. The equipment does not work. The lights on the devices don't light up. I can hear a 'ding' when the USB ports are plugged in. But, in Device Manager, the Driver 1 has an ! in yellow. My Oscilloscope opens but is searching for the device.
Is there a special driver for AMD Radeons?
Please help. I really like both of my Hantek devices.
